The documentation depends on the place of origin, as some tourists are required to have a passport plus a visa for Morocco and in other cases only a passport.

Passport
for Morocco

You only need a passport to go to Morocco if you come from one of the following countries:

Algeria, Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Côte d'Ivoire, Croatia, Cyprus (except the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus), Czech Republic, Republic of Congo, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guinea, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Libya, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mali, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Niger, Norway, Oman, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

In these cases, since you do not need a visa, having a valid passport will be the only requirement to enter Morocco, as long as you stay for a period of up to 90 days as a tourist. The passport must be valid for at least six months.

For citizens of countries that require a visa to enter Morocco. The passport must have six months or more of validity from the day of arrival in Morocco, so that the Consulate of Morocco that corresponds, issue the visa with sufficient time in advance.

Once you have the corresponding visa, the rest of the procedures are the same as in the previous case. In the case of wishing to extend the stay it is necessary to go to the Immigration office or Bureau des Étrangers, where it is possible to obtain an extension of the tourist permit for another three months.
